Mr. Sun has worked as a lawyer for more than ten years,and has dealt with more than four hundred civil and commercial cases, dozens of which are influencial. Mr. Sun has been interviewed by many media for several times, for example, China Youth Daily, the Legal Daily, and China Industry & Commerce News. Mr. Sun has worked as a legal councel for Beijing Huafeng Tenglong Real Estate Company Ltd. and many other companies, during which he dealt with many transfers of real estate and contract disputes of Wei Zhuang Garden and Bi Xi Furniture Square. Also, during that time, Mr. Sun published several papers like on the Division of Ownership in Buildings，on the Registration of Real Estate and Behavior Theory of the Real Right.
